Conditions of participation
All players need to hold a valid licence from a national federation or disc golf association (SDA, PDGA or other). Tournament licences can be obtained on lieu for 10 CHF (juniors 5 CHF).

Player's Fee
Player fee in all divisons is 60 CHF / 50 €.
Juniors (MJ18) till 18 years of age pay 30 CHF / 25 €.

Payment deadline
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of your payment. To keep it fair for players on the waiting list, the payment deadline has been shortened to 10 days.

Please note: We need to recieve your payment within 10 days of your registration. If we don't receive your payment, nor any message, within 10 days of your registration, you will lose your spot.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event (before February 15th 2019) will receive a 100% cash refund (minus a handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event (before March 1st) will receive a 100% cash refund minus a handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist or a walk-up entry. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, 50% of the Entry Fee is refunded.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration (March 14th) will receive a 100% cash refund minus a handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack will be refunded.
Exemptions from this rule can and will be made in case of medical emergencies.
